The lobby impresses with its grand scale and vibrant atmosphere. i saw a large and spacious room. It felt quite luxurious. the gateway of india is conveniently located across the street. It adds to the hotel's appeal. friendly staff gave me quality service.
security checks at the entrance created minor delays, especially during evenings. it took a little while to get inside. i noticed this was a slight inconvenience.

the hotel is near many iconic restaurants like baghdadi and leopold. colaba causeway is just a few minutes away. this makes the location excellent for shopping. the gateway of india is conveniently across the road.

Very nice Service and Attention to Detail!
fantastic bathroom great bed superb location
The service from the reception staff was really unbelievable! Housekeeping was also top notch! Our room was spacious and the bed was great. The location is superb!!!
The gym equipment needs some maintenance, I think. A couple of the treadmills were out of order. This was a slight inconvenience .
